SCHEDULE OF MEDIATION FEES

                 ATTENDANCE:             $ 300.00 per hour. 2 hour minimum. Any special needs 
                                                              for additional time will be provided upon request.

<>             TRAVEL TIME:           There is a charge of $100.00 per hour 
                                                              for travel throughout the state of Florida. Fractional
                                                               hours will be prorated.

                 CANCELLATION        No charge if canceled with the Mediators' Office
                                                  within 120 hours (5 business days).
                         POLICY:                 A charge of $300.00 per mediation if
                                                             canceled in less than 120 hours (5 business days).  

              PAYMENT POLICY:     All mediation fees shall be paid by the E/C/SA
                                                              unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
